Prior to joining Aspen, Selena worked in strategic and financial planning at the City of Seattle and collaborative process design on natural resource policy issues at Meridian Institute. She has a wide range of experience supporting interdisciplinary collaborative processes on topics including parks and recreation, regional ocean planning, land use, and food and agriculture policy. She received an MPA from the University of Washington Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, and a B.A. in Public Policy and Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
